What must I complete before settlement?

Make sure the records for your work are complete and synced before settlement:
  • Finish the correct pickup and delivery tasks.
  • Upload the mandatory POD photo and any required signed BOL or signature.
  • Include accurate waiting times, approved extra services and supporting notes.
  • Confirm the completed records have synced.
