Planning Your Route in the Driver App
Use the Route tab to view assigned stops on the map and plan the day before driving. Screen labels may vary by app version.
1. Open the route planner from the Route tab.
2. Check the start and end locations and select the tasks for the correct day.
3. Use Optimize Route where available, or adjust the stop order when dispatch permits.
4. Check pickup-before-delivery order, appointment windows, ready/due times, truck access and any dispatch instructions.
5. Save changes and review the recalculated directions and arrival estimates.
DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS COME FIRST
Confirm any proposed change that affects appointments or a dispatch-assigned sequence. Route optimization is a planning aid; it does not confirm that a road or entrance is suitable for your truck. Check restrictions and site access before proceeding.
If a task is missing, check your task filters and assignment with dispatch. Removing a stop from a route view does not authorize cancelling the job.
